1. The gantry should not deform, and the welds should be detached. Cleaning of traction battery: If it is not too dirty, it can be wiped clean with a damp cloth. If it is very dirty, the battery should be removed from the vehicle, washed with water, and allowed to dry naturally. Appearance of colloidal battery: Dirty surface of the battery will cause leakage, and the surface of the battery should be kept clean and dry at all times. Forklift maintenance of used batteries: Used batteries still contain electrical energy and should be stored according to the storage method used. The rolling clearance between the inner and outer frames should be adjusted reasonably, the rollers should rotate flexibly, and there should be no cracks or defects in the rollers and shafts. The wear of the wheel groove shall not exceed 10% of the original size.
2. The tension of the two lifting and transportation chains should be uniform, without twisting or deformation. The ends should be securely connected, and the pitch of the chains should not exceed 4% of the original length. Otherwise, the working chain should be replaced in a timely manner. The sprocket should be flexible when rotated.
3. The fork frame shall not have serious deformation effects, and the phenomenon caused by detachment of welds shall not occur. We must not have cracks or open welds on the surface of the fork. The root angle of the fork should not be greater than 93 °, and the thickness should generally not be less than 90% of the original size. The height difference between the left and right fork tips should not exceed 3% of the horizontal length of the fork. The positioning of the fork should be reliable, and the supporting and positioning surfaces of the fork hook should not have obvious defects. The working clearance time between the fork and the fork frame should not be too long, and the movement should be smooth.
4. The connection between the lifting oil cylinder and the door frame should be reliable, and the connection between the tilting oil cylinder and the door frame, as well as the hinge of the door frame, should be firm and flexible. The gap between the tilting oil cylinder and the door frame should not be too large. The oil cylinder should have good sealing, no cracks, and stable operation. Under rated load, the self settlement of the Roman portal frame shall not exceed 20mm, and the inclination angle shall not exceed 0.5 °. The speed increase should not be less than half of the standard value at full load.
5. The roof protection frame and scaffolding should be complete and effective.
6. It is strictly prohibited for personnel to stand on and off the fork, and it is not allowed to use a single fork to pick up goods that are higher than other loads.
7. Forklift drivers equipped with forklift driver is licenses should avoid having multiple drivers for one forklift.
