In the foreign trade export of electric forklifts and electric pallet trucks, packaging and loading are directly related to cargo safety, customs clearance efficiency and logistics costs. These products are heavy machinery, and the following core points need to be focused on.
Before packaging, it is necessary to clarify compliance requirements and prepare all relevant export documents to avoid customs clearance delays. In terms of product protection, detachable parts such as steering wheels and forks should be disassembled and wrapped separately, the body should be protected with a double layer of waterproof stretch film and pearl cotton, and hard corner protectors should be installed on key parts such as motors. The packaging material is preferably export-grade plywood to ensure no moth-eaten, no bark, and meet the quarantine standards of the importing country.
Scientific operation is required during the loading process, when hoisting with a forklift or crane, special spreaders should be used to avoid scratches caused by directly binding the body with ropes. The goods should be placed in accordance with the principle of heavy not pressing light, large not pressing small, the center of gravity should be aligned with the center of the container, and the gaps should be filled and fixed with buffer pads to prevent displacement due to transportation jolts. At the same time, moisture-proof marks and cargo lists should be posted in the carriage to ensure convenient loading, unloading and inspection.
In addition, it is necessary to check that the packaging marks are consistent with the document information, understand the special requirements of the importing country in advance, avoid the risk of return from the source, and ensure the smoothness of the entire logistics chain.
